The heartwarming tale of Creature’s Comfort Pet Lodge began in 2011, founded by Shari & John Harshbarger. Life took an unexpected turn when Shari faced a challenging diagnosis. With a desire to explore the world, she entrusted the Pet Lodge's legacy to Brian, her nephew. John was also given a difficult diagnosis, and both passed away in 2018. This is when Brian stepped in as the full-time owner of Creature's Comfort Pet Lodge.

Meet Brian, the owner and full-time resident right here on the premises. The mission of Creature's Comfort begain in 2011 by Brian's aunt and uncle, and was passed to Brian after their passing. Brian, drawn by a passion for animals, started pitching in at the lodge in 2013 whenever he was in town from his job at the time. Stepping in as full-time owner in 2018 after the passing of his aunt and uncle, Brian is driven by his profound love for animals and a promise to keep the legacy of Creature's Comfort Pet Lodge alive. Every wag, purr, and playful moment here is an extension of Brian's commitment to caring for your loved pets.
